The conference registration fees are outlined below.
Early Bird Registration: May 23 – July 31, 2011
Regular Registration: August 1 – September 2, 2011
Regular registration closes on September 2, 2011 at midnight. After that, only onsite registration will be available which includes an additional $50.00 onsite registration fee, for a total for Members of $255.00 and for Non-Members of $305.00.
You do not have to pay at the time you register for the Conference, but to get the reduced fees, you must register within the dates listed for each fee. Conference registration will open at the end of May.
The Town & Country Resort has a group of rooms reserved for us from September 18th through September 27th for $145.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. Those dates include three days on either side of the conference dates in case you want to bring your family or explore the area yourself. Registration at the hotel will open at the end of May.
Hotel registration closes August 31, 2011. Any requests received after that time will be filled at the group rate on a space available basis. A credit card is needed to hold and guarantee a reservation.
