Shuttle Service
NCTA has partnered with Gray Line Airport Express to transport NCTA attendees from the airport to the conference hotel and back to the airport for a round trip cost of $20.
If you wish to make your reservations online, go to www.graylinetn.com and provide the necessary information. Be sure to use promo code grayline2013 in order to receive the special round trip rate. When you've completed your reservation, print out the voucher; you'll exchange that for your ticket at the Gray Line Customer Service Desk at Ground Transportation.
The Gray Line Service Desk is open daily from 6:30 am to 11 pm, and shuttles leave the airport every 15 minutes.
For the return trip, shuttles leave the Sheraton on the hour and half hour between 6 am and 7 pm. For pickup times earlier than 6 am or after 7 pm, you would need to contact Gray Line at least 24 hours in advance.
For those who do not wish to make reservations online, you may purchase your round-trip tickets at the Gray Line Customer Service Desk when you arrive at the airport. Be sure to mention NCTA and the promo code "grayline2013" to receive the special $20 rate.
Taxi Service
Nashville has a flat-fare triangle between the airport, downtown, and Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Between any two points in the triangle, the fare is set at $25 for up to four passengers. When making your travel plans, you may want to arrange to meet with NCTA colleagues at the airport in order to share a cab. Taxis are available at Ground Transportation.
