Conference Registration

The conference registration fees are outlined below. Conference registration will open at the beginning of May.

Early Bird Registration: May 3 – June 14, 2013
Members: $185.00
Non-Members: $235.00

Regular Registration: June 15 – July 12, 2013
Members: $210.00
Non-Members: $260.00

Regular registration closes on July 12, 2013, at midnight. After that, only onsite registration will be available; the onsite fee includes an additional $55.00: a total of $265.00 for members and $315.00 for non-members.

Important Information

You do not have to pay at the time you register for the Conference, but to get the reduced fees, you must register within the dates listed for each fee.

All conference registration fees, whether early bird or regular, must be received by July 19, 2013. Any registrations which have not been paid by that date are subject to cancellation.

Hotel Registration

The Sheraton Nashville Downtown has a group of rooms reserved for us from July 29th through August 4th for $149.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. The hotel will also honor the group rate for three days on either side of the conference dates in case you want to bring your family or explore the area yourself. Hotel registration will open at the beginning of May. An announcement will be made on the NCTA mailing list.

Hotel registration closes July 6, 2013. Any requests received after that time will be filled at the group rate on a space available basis. A credit card is needed to hold and guarantee a reservation.
