The room rate for the 2014 conference is $145.00 per night, plus 14.75% tax, and that rate is available from August 29th through September 9th, which includes three days on either side of the conference.

It is important to reserve hotel rooms early, and the deadline for guaranteeing the conference room rate is August 11, 2014. NCTA has reserved a specific number of rooms for the conference, and once those rooms have been reserved, attendees will have to find another hotel and arrange transportation to/from the conference.

To hold your room reservation, a credit card is needed, but no charge will be applied until check in. Cancellations must be made before 6:00 PM on the scheduled arrival day to avoid cancellation fees (one night room and tax charge).
