Please note: The original and additional blocks of rooms reserved for NCTA at the Westin Seattle have been filled. We suggest the following:

• Search for an available room in other hotels in the area, as well as hotels not in the downtown center. This is a popular time of year, in a very busy city, so hotel space is at a premium.
• Continue to check with the Westin for possible cancellations or to inquire about current room availability/rates.
• Post a "roommate request" to the NCTA mailing list to see if someone already registered at the hotel is willing to share their room and cost.

The Westin Seattle

This year's conference will be at the Westin Seattle, a AAA Four Diamond, award-winning hotel. The Westin is centrally located in the bustling Seattle financial and shopping district, and it's an easy stroll to a variety of wonderful shops and restaurants. Also within walking distance are many Seattle landmarks, including Pike Place Market, the Monorail, the Space Needle, and Seattle Center.

From the guest rooms, the views of Puget Sound, the Cascade Mountains, and Seattle's cityscape are breathtaking. Having just completed renovations of both guest rooms and meeting space, the Westin Seattle is looking forward to hosting this year's NCTA conference and offering attendees a truly wonderful Northwest experience.

The room rate for a standard room for the 2016 conference is $195 per night, plus 15.6% tax and $2 per night STIA fee (a Seattle city tax). The deadline to reserve a room at the conference room rate is July 11, 2016 at 5:00 pm (PST). Be sure to make your reservations early since the room rate is based on availability. At this beautiful hotel, our room block will fill up quickly (probably in advance of July 11th)!
