Conference Registration

The conference registration fees are outlined below.

Early Bird Registration: May 18 – June 24, 2016
Members: $250.00
Non-Members: $325.00

Regular Registration: June 25 – July 15, 2016
Members: $300.00
Non-Members: $375.00

Regular registration closes on July 15, 2016, at midnight EST. After that, only onsite registration will be available; the onsite fee includes an additional $75.00: a total of $375.00 for members and $450.00 for non-members.

Important Information

You do not have to pay at the time you register for the Conference, but to get the reduced fees, you must register within the dates listed for each fee.

All conference registration fees, whether early bird or regular, must be received by July 22, 2016. Any registrations which have not been paid by that date are subject to cancellation.

Virtual Conference Registration

Pricing information for the 2016 Virtual Conference (2 days/8 sessions) is identified below.

Virtual Conference: May 18 – August 3, 2016
Members: $150
Non-Members: $300

2-Day Archive Add-On to Conference Registration: May 18 – August 3, 2016
Members & Non-Members: $75

Access Information

Any purchase of the Virtual Conference, whether as an add-on or not, allows the registrant to invite others at no additional cost to view the sessions either live or at a later date. The virtual conference sessions serve as the perfect opportunity for professional development for you and your staff.

Hotel Registration

The Westin Seattle has reserved a block of rooms for NCTA attendees from August 1 through August 6 and will extend the group rate for three days before and after the conference (subject to availability). Follow the link below for hotel information, and to reserve a room. Hotel registration at the group rate closes at 5:00 pm (PST) on July 11, 2016, or when the room block is filled—whichever comes first.
