- Use the menu to navigate to Membership > My Membership > Membership Renewal

How do I renew my Institutional, Collegiate or Corporate Membership?
Only one member is responsible for renewing the membership.
- Log in using your email address and password
- Use the menu to navigate to Membership > My Membership > Membership Renewal
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Membership Status
- Verify that the list of members is correct. If changes are needed, contact the Membership Chairperson for assistance (membership@ncta-testing.org).

How do I pay an invoice by check?
- Log in using your email address and password
- View your NCTA invoices by navigating to Membership > My Membership > Invoices
- Click on the "Invoice #" of the invoice you'd like to pay
- Print a copy of the invoice
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Membership Status
- Print a copy of the membership status page
- Send the following to the name and address indicated on the invoice:
- The printed copy of the invoice
- The printed copy of the Membership Status page
- A check for the amount listed on the invoice
How do I pay an invoice by credit card?
- Log in using your email address and password
- View your NCTA invoices by navigating to Membership > My Membership > Invoices
- Click the "Pay Online" button to the right of the invoice you'd like to pay
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received.
How do I print my invoice?
- Log in using your email address and password
- View your NCTA invoices by navigating to Membership > My Membership > Invoices
- Click on the "Invoice #" of the invoice you'd like to pay
- Print a copy of the invoice
Why don't I see "My Membership" under the "Membership" menu?
- You have not logged in. You may do so by clicking "Log in" in the upper right of the page
I don't remember my password. How do I reset it?
- Visit the Password Reset page
- Enter your email address
- Answer the security question you provided when you joined the NCTA. NOTE: Your answer must match exactly.
- Enter a new password
I don't remember the answer to my security question. Who can help me?

How do I add a new member to an Institutional, Collegiate or Corporate membership?
Please have the new member follow the instructions below:
- Go to www.ncta-testing.org and navigate to Membership > Join the NCTA
- Select your organization's state and click "Continue."
- Select your organization and click "Continue."
- For membership type, select the entry that lists a fee of $0.00. The new member will be added to the existing group membership.
- Complete the remaining sections of the enrollment form
How do I un-subscribe from the NCTA list?
- Log in using your email address and password
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Mailing List Participation
- Select "Do Not Participate" from the drop down list
- Click "Update Mailing List Participation"
How do I enroll in the Consortium of College Testing Centers (CCTC)?
- Log in using your email address and password
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Edit CCTC Info.
- Click the "Create a new listing" button
- Complete the enrollment form
- Your listing needs to be approved before appearing on the site. You will receive an email, usually within 48 hours.
How do I change the info on CCTC?
- Log in using your email address and password
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Edit CCTC Info.
- Click the "Edit" button next to the listing you wish to edit
How do I update my personal information?
- Log in using your email address and password
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Edit Personal Info.
- Update the desired fields
- Click the "Make Changes to Personal Information" button
How do I update my name?
- You are not able make this change; contact the Membership Chair: membership@ncta-testing.org.
My email address has changed, how do I update it?
- Log in using the email address you used to create your NCTA account and password
- Navigate to Membership > My Membership > Edit Personal Info.
- Update the "E-mail Address" and "Mailing List E-mail" fields
- Click the "Make Changes to Personal Information" button
